When small talk matters

A few people that have crossed my path in the past have said, they don’t like small talk. Have always wondered since the age of cell phones and texting have emerged. Talk about small talk, most of the time its acronyms. Really isn’t a problem but guess what that’s very small talk. But small talk is how you get to know someone whether it’s just asking how’s your day going or anything small. This usually begins the dialogue sometimes this does take more than one meeting . Maybe this is why I don’t get much replies on my blog here, nobody wants to open with small talk but I am here to take any messages. Small talk is how I get ideas for blogging no matter it’s a whole paragraph or a one line. Making connections and links is why I’m sharing my little stories. Look at some cool lines from some memorable songs like “money for nothing” by Dire Straights. He got some of the lines listening to men working in an electronics store. Don’t count out small talk. For this is like the Chaos Theory , no matter how small something is, this could change the world. Some call this the butterfly effect , a butterfly in a jungle somewhere flaps its wings and somewhere else in the world this causes a wind storm of much magnitude. Little dramatic yes but helps get the idea across and yes this is in small talk.
