HEART ATTACK WITH NO WARNING (Now starts the real pain, how to pay)
HEART ATTACK WITH NO WARNING I must say, I knew eventually it would happen. Just how it happened, put me in a surreal time. I am still wrapping my head around that I had two heart attacks. One very recent and one in the past, they couldn’t pinpoint the one in the past. I still don’t recall and real symptoms of this. Anyways the cause is believed to come from being diabetic which I didn’t get diagnosed until the day I was in the hospital for my heart attack which turned out to be a blocked artery in the heart, this has been fixed with a stent. Now I am on a low sodium and low carbohydrate diet. Which brings me to a little rant, I have tried vegetarian products in the past and found them to be enjoyable. Here is the ultimate truth though, all the popular brands are loaded with sodium. How can they call these healthy if they are loaded with salt?
