Time doesn’t give a second

Time doesn’t give a second Putting much on time Time though puts nothing back Welcome to look forward, look back Time wins all marathons Ego thinks it beats down the tenth of a second Time for tea Two sugars and some milk Words try to get the clock to stop Time has changed Oh the hours the years Giggle the timekeeper Time in the commodity future Not enough for people to buy Week to the weakly Something that last forever Give that a minute The measurement man should of timed out Time all it has is time Rich and powerful Laughter at the fringe of our wasted ways Billions and trillions doesn’t beat the last second For what it’s worth Thank you time you’re always there This may not get the time of day Personal time with words that captured you Know it well Should of just sat and watched Time doesn’t give a second

Snow day reflection (plans for 2013)

Snow day reflection (plans for 2013)          First of all thank you all that have been reading my blog. 2012 has been a bitter sweet year personal accomplishments three books self-published and my health seems pretty good. Things have been rough and would do it all again. I lost my mother who I have been living with for the last two years to help back in September that was hard and still is, a wise man once told me you never get over losing your parents. I do know she is in a better place I know she missed my dad extremely who passed away less than two years before. My books haven’t really been selling they have sold some and for the ones who have bought them I thank you so much and do hope you have enjoyed them. So in some ways it was a happy 2012 with some sadness, though life has rules we must keep the memories and move forward. So I will now switch gears and give my plans for the New Year.         In the last few months I have been working on two new books I do hope to h

In a season of giving

In a season of giving     First of all shouldn’t this “In a year of giving” this may not help the economy. A smile to a lonely person for a moment at least they are recognized. Give some respect to elders, maybe do something nice. Reap the rewards of helping someone who can’t pay you back just knowing that we are humans and not the animals we seem. Give someone a call you haven’t talked too for a long time. Stop the fearing of things that happen in a freak moment the chances of this is like winning a major lottery. Expand your mind the sheep may scream without knowing the whole story let them be quick to judge. Let’s use common sense for a change if someone is having a hard time to just exist don’t think they living the life of luxury. A walk in their shoes would change many people’s perception of the so call rich poor. Kindness is the strongest strength any normal human can possess. Become wise and not a wise guy. Kicking helpless ones doesn’t make you any bigger except the cav

A boy told Santa (My 2012 Christmas story)

A boy told Santa       While stopping at a coffee shop one day a man who ended up being St Nick was there. Being somewhat of a jolly soul he made some conversation. Samuel seemed a bit depressed St Nick held his hot chocolate up and said to the man “I know you Samuel what you did for the boy and his mom was truly the Christmas spirit.” Samuel acted a bit surprised and thought for a moment, I haven’t done anything special for Christmas. “Sorry how did you know my name, have we met before?” Samuel asks. “Samuel it’s been many years the boy and mom have passed on now. That Christmas long ago when the boy was staring at Christmas trees and the mom who was ill and they couldn’t afford the tree. You talked with the boy and got him a tree and you asked the boy if he wanted anything for Christmas and he said for his mom to have a Christmas tree for the angels were coming to bring her to heaven.” St Nick tells him this and Samuel remembers. “Yes I never knew of a child like that before s

The crave

A crave Too many is now not enough Enjoy what you have is so silly To be human means wanting Yeah greed is a now a sense In giving means give me more Help others only if it helps me Yes give me yours for free you will have to buy mine Where did this start or will it end? Some love material Some just love to think they are helping by controlling Let others live only if it’s the way I live To be juvenile means you are fun Hands for help yes help me not the ones who really need it So few have wishes for others Many say for the wanna be ears to hear Grateful only when you accept the real ideas Yes one walked and then sacrificed armed only with peace and love Sorry he didn’t carry weapons to cause more carnage Dealing with serious needs we go to short sentences and all is well We have choice and many take the easy way no answers live with it Days of work nights of imagination for what? Coins for others enjoyment lost to n

Let me see now a friend would give me $10.00 without question

Let me see now a friend would give me $10.00 without question                In a discussion today me and another writer discussed most of our friends would give $10 without question to help you out. This is fascinating to me, I donate to charities myself like Salvation Army again without question. Now where is the problem on buying some ones creation since it is less than $10 dollars? See with me you get a book plus you help me and the book you may well enjoy, this you wouldn’t know for you haven’t read this yet. If you buy this and ever get to meet me you will see how grateful I would be. See I will tell you the books are good and others have told me they are entertaining. You don’t know this for somewhere in our system not enough people talk about my book. I know so let’s do the math here buy a book from me like giving a friend $10 dollars less actually but taxes and shipping, unless you have the kindle app. Then it is even less. I have more coming this New Year upon us. T

Nostalgic times (giving a helpful hand for just being kind)

Nostalgic times (giving a helpful hand for just being kind)       I grew up with few neighbors. They were awesome neighbors though if you were some yard work or other stuff at your home, they would drop what they were doing and come give a hand. Likewise we would do the same with no interest in any reward except for helping one’s neighbor. In this day and age to help others seems to be close of committing an act of some society faux pas. Or if you really aren’t close with the neighbor they think you want something in return. Where did we lose help others? This brings me to why I am writing this. Technology has brought us to an age where people could help one another and be appreciated with simple clicks. For a writer like me people that may be not interested in my books could do the kindest act there is share the books on the social sites or for that matter other authors. In this matter an artist a musician this list could go on and on. Yeah I know many who like to share those s
