 HEART ATTACK WITH NO WARNING

       I must say, I knew eventually it would happen. Just how it happened, put me in a surreal time. I am still wrapping my head around that I had two heart attacks. One very recent and one in the past, they couldn’t pinpoint the one in the past. I still don’t recall and real symptoms of this. Anyways the cause is believed to come from being diabetic which I didn’t get diagnosed until the day I was in the hospital for my heart attack which turned out to be a blocked artery in the heart, this has been fixed with a stent. Now I am on a low sodium and low carbohydrate diet. Which brings me to a little rant, I have tried vegetarian products in the past and found them to be enjoyable. Here is the ultimate truth though, all the popular brands are loaded with sodium. How can they call these healthy if they are loaded with salt? Anyways I will not beat on this, the other flip-side of this is that I have a financial problem, which I guess like my whole life I will have to find some strength hidden in me even though I have been weakened by this setback, in fact I have started back to work in limited fashion two days after being released from the hospital. Still not enough to pay any of the expenses that have occurred from being out of work for two weeks. I guess if anything go see the doctor more often, this may have been avoided if I went more often to the doctor.
