Just a letter


One letter makes school children happy or sad

Couple letters let others know everything is good

A paragraph can cause world wars

An essay can change the world

A book may change how people believe

Believing or not still rattles one’s mind

Makes one wonder how twenty six of them holds humanity

Gesture to the letter a thumbs up

Tears and cheers

Fantasy and imagination

Romance and facts

Part of us or part of them

Numbers bow to them

Maybe were aren’t just a number but a letter

Wacky or weird maybe this has scratched the thought

It could be and probably is

Just a letter
