I wait
I wait
The door
shuts as time seats
Quiet and
willing to listen
The words
timed traveled to history
With the
glass clean a mirror becomes cloudy
If it were
different twenty years or twenty minutes
Wrinkles our
skin hands of time
A heart a soul
filled missed cheer
Laughter from
the a ghost in a chair
Greets the
memories in the mind
While being
off in a day dream of all if it should or could off
A silent
listen to the beat of a pulse
Thinking what
fun really means
Why romance
never really walked a path close enough to grasp
Tears of
this seems comedic acting
Whirled in
the moon of two eyes of hope
This tea is bitter
while coffee comforts in the ticking clock of this
The door
never shuts tight
For a
sunrise means another chance
For the hand
of a sunset couple
This is why
patience is a true friend
Time pulses
as the chair holds the warmth
Looking for
the shine of eyes that hold
A heart and
shares another heart
I wait
