Christmas lightness
Christmas lightness
In the
lights of colors
Trees lit
with the thousands of brightness
The greens
and reds
Eggnog and
mistletoes
The strong
hide their darkness
In hopes they
get the present of all presents
No price no
crafty personal gift
A light that
says all will be right
As they fly
through the days sharing the cheer
The big guy
knows the list and also looks for the light
The most
dazzling decorations only cover up the false smile
Saying good
will to others with much questions of doubt for self
Where did
the holiday light go out?
Holy night
of sales or the hottest gift
The sadness
hides only in hopes to find the missing spirit
Others taught
to ask for gifts while it’s better to give then receive
The bells
will ring
The silent
night of many noises
Inside seems
delightful while the soul cries
Jolly seems
so far away in a
Christmas lightness
