In a perplexed area

Where the many around seemed labored to notice

With superficial chit chat

With wonder and imagine does anyone else feel this?

Like screams in a silent hallucination

Being brushed against, only close to be passed through

Darkness in the light, clouds too heavy for twenty-twenty

A minded voice chuckles

Mumbles the curse that pongs in the space   

Only for an inner ear

Hear the chains of the heart wanting and fighting logic

Whispering others, would be in whimper

Here once again, a silent whisper shout

Is this existence what is deserved?

Senses pained, for this nearness

Of vivid soul beauty

Alas the deep breathing opens the eyes

Finally looking in a mirror no one sees

Missing may not be as lost as the words seem

No chance for love, just what blinks in a second

A spirit who sees stars and moon

Intrigued why and how words relate in her view

Standing so close

A secret that was longer kept deep
